How to order:

Sobol House requires a signed order form or a hand written letter with the appropriate information and a 50% deposit. You may download the order form here. The order will not go through unless we have received your deposit and a signed order form or a hand written letter. Please keep a copy for your records. Please review all the paperwork to ensure accuracy, any discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Sales associate immediately. Please review carefully to ensure accuracy. The balance will be collected prior to shipment. If the balance is not collected at this time Sobol House requires a certified check,cashiers check or a money order, all COD's have a $50.00 fee, upon delivery. Orders take approximately 8-20 weeks to ship to our shipping warehouse.

Tracking your order:
Once Sobol House has placed the order, Sobol House will call to go over the order once more to verify accuracy. When Sobol House has an approximate Brown Leather sofa & loveseatshipping date we will send a notice informing you with any information given to us by the manufacturers. You may contact the Customer Service representative for further inquiries. After your complete order has arrived, Sobol House will ask for the balance. Then you will be contacted by the transporter for delivery.

Method of payment:
Sobol House will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, certified checks and money orders. There is an option to use Visa or Mastercard for the deposit; there is a 4% processing fee with this option.

Delivery:
Sobol House will ship via inside delivery, unless customer has requested other arrangements. The transporter will contact the customer for delivery. Shipment will be inspected by the transporter. If freight damage has occurred, contact the transporter immediately and they will advise. If further assistance is needed contact Sobol House's customer service at (828) 669-8031.

Refund Policy:

In case of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance. Defective items will be repaired or replaced and returned to you as soon as possible.

Upholstered items are non-cancellable and non-returnable if the fabric has been cut. Cancellation of other orders or return of other merchandise which is undamaged and was ordered correctly by Sobol House will result in a charge to you; the restocking charge of 40% of the price of the order, plus shipping charges, which we may subtract from your deposit or otherwise collect.
